1. Who operates this site?
    1. This is the exclusive site for purchasing discontinued material directly from Daltile, American Olean, Marazzi, Mohawk, Anhzu, and Ragno. This site is operated by Daltile.
  2. Are there any fees for using this site?
    1. Prices are listed on the site for every item. There are no additional fees (except for sales tax and shipping, which are the responsibility of the buyer.)
  3. How do I register? How long does it take?
    1. Click the registration button on the top right of our home page. You must have a Daltile, American Olean and/or Marazzi account to register for this site. You will receive an email confirming your registration within 24 hours. Once you receive your confirmation, you will have access to the site and can search for product and place orders.
  4. What if I forget my password or need to change my email address?
    1. Click the link on the Sign In button and you will be given instructions for resetting your password. If you need to change your email address, please send your new address to Joshua.Jackson@daltile.com and we will make this change for you.
  5. How do I find and buy merchandise?
    1. All sales on this site are purchased in full pallets and full truckload quantities from each of our four Regional Distribution Centers (RDC). Click a RDC, highlight your selection, indicate the number of pallets you wish to purchase and add to your cart.
  6. How does the Make an Offer feature work?
    1. You can make a counter offer to us by selecting an item and clicking the Make an Offer button. You can indicate the quantity you wish to purchase and your offer price. You will receive a reply to your regular email address and then be redirected to your Daltile mailbox. You can upload merchandise at negotiated prices from your Daltile mailbox on our site.
  7. Do I have to buy only in full truckload quantities?
    1. Yes, all purchases on this site must be in full pallet and full truckload quantities. A minimum truckload order is 36,000 lbs; a maximum truckload is 42,000 lbs.
  8. How do I know when I have selected a full truckload?
    1. Click your cart. We show you the total weight and number of pallets you have selected in each Regional Distribution Center. When your cart is between 36,000 lbs and 42,000 lbs, you will see a green check mark at the bottom of your cart.
  9. How do I pay for my purchase?
    1. You can charge your purchase on the account we assign to you for Slow Moving Off Goods (SMOG), pay by credit card, send us a check or wire transfer.
  10. What are payment terms if I pay on my account?
    1. Payment terms are as stated on your invoice. See Terms & Conditions for more information.
  11. Who pays the freight? How do I arrange for shipping?
    1. All sales are FOB factory. You may arrange for your own freight carrier. Click the Freight Info button in your cart to see the warehouse locations.
  12. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
    1. Yes, a confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address instantaneously after your order. If you do not receive our confirmation, you can email us for a confirmation at info@daltile.xintory.com.
